a decent stay , but some issues
broken a c multiple complaints
the breakfast was acceptable , it offered a decent variety.
the room i stayed in felt cramped , with little space to move around , the a/c didn't work and despite reporting it several times , no one came to fix it.

convenient and enjoyable stay
convenient location helpful staff
the tram stop is right in front of the hotel, so the location is very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience. i found the breakfast lovely and the room was quite spacious. the restaurant was excellent with a good menu.
the isolation between rooms presented a problem. i could hear the people in the adjacent room too clearly. this impacted the overall quietness of the stay.

the premium double room was neatly designed and reasonably sized for two people. toilet amenities were quite good and water quality was clean. a fridge was also present in the room for storing food, which i found very useful.

i noticed a lobby overview showed departure times for trams passing by the hotel. the restaurant was excellent, though i only had breakfast there. parking was available in the backyard for an additional fee which i found appropriate.

the general standard of service was good and the staff seemed professional. reception staff were super and quick to assist with requests. i found them to be helpful and friendly, always adding value to the stay.

the tram stop was conveniently located right outside. access was easy, particularly for going to the train station and other destinations. the room i had was cozy. i liked the availability of kitchen facilities that let me cook a few things. coffee and tea were nice to have.
The parking area was limited. I found it chaotic. many parking spaces were taken by maintenance staff, along with their trucks. parking assignment beforehand would have been better, but this wasn't indicated initially. this led to someone kicking us out of our spot when we parked. I then had to find a new space.

Staff were helpful during my check in process. The location is good. It's near public transit and a fine spot to explore from. My room was big and clean.
The room was small and it had almost no moving space. There were no balconies attached to it. The air conditioning did not work in the room, even after multiple complaints.
